Instructional Designer/ Learning Specialist (f/m/d)
LeanIX is growing rapidly and seeking a Instructional Designer/ Learning Specialist (f/m/d) with a demonstrated track record of 2-5 years. Ideally, you are located in or close to one of the company’s biggest offices in Bonn (Germany) or Boston (US).
This critical role will work closely with product subject matter experts from all levels and report to the Head of Knowledge Management (part of global LeanIX People Team). The role will contribute to the Knowledge Management Teamโs mission to enable customers, partners and employees to apply LeanIX products in the best way by providing excellent training content in the LeanIX Academy.

Your Responsibilities
- Impact: Your role will be to support the creation of highly engaging learning content for the company’s LeanIX Academy
- Innovative playground: You will play a crucial role in bringing the LeanIX Academy to the next level by contributing in the ideation and execution of innovative approaches to learning (product-/tool-led enablement, gamification, etc.)
- Team work: You will work with the product experts from all levels to co-create excellent learning courses in an agile and efficient way
- As a learning enthusiast, you will also be part of the evaluation of and migration to a new Learning Management System (LMS)
- Broad range of activities: You will also support the company in creating excellent product enablement content, e.g., for the LeanIX product documentation

Your Profile
- Tech and learning enthusiast with 2-5 years of experience in instructional design and creation of learning content for software-/IT-related topics
- Very good video editing and learning module creation skills, including development of storyboards, scripts and exam questions
- Strong in visualizing and designing instructional graphics & content
- Experience with managing Learning Management Systems and using analytics to improve learning content for the target audiences
- Personality with passion about creating next-level learning experiences
- Motivated new team member with a โfounderโs mindsetโ: Once you know what the mission and goals are, you are able to take ownership and drive projects
- Excellent English language skills
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Management is a plus
