Your Responsibilities

• Actively lead technical implementation sessions to educate and convert Nuvo clients as well as understand Nuvo customer’s needs first-hand
• You are Nuvo product expert. When Nuvo clients need assistance in regard to the company’s product, integrations, and platforms is for you they will go
• Responsible for technical pre-sales design recommendations and justifications
• Take responsibility for how users experience Nuvo product with all its touch points and ensure it’s up to the high standard set for ourselves
• Actively contribute to Nuvo technology strategy
• Consistently and cogently address Nuvo prospect’s needs through astute verbal and written communication skills while communicating
• Be a cross-functional member of your team. You’ll work with other team members and stakeholders, which are essential elements in building the company’s digital products

Your Profile

• You are a dedicated person with a solid technical background in developing technologies such as React, Typescript, and JavaScript
• You have a deep passion for SaaS business models and, ideally, bring 2+ years of experience in technical customer onboarding or support
• You have already performed technical customer onboarding for an interface- and frontend-based product, ideally a software library
• Advanced communication skills, analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and fluent business English to communicate with Nuvo customers and to understand their use cases and problems
• You are a team player, love to take responsibility, share knowledge, and have the ability to help other developers by performing code reviews.
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field
