• Provide professional basic care (including support with personal hygiene, nutrition, going to the toilet and mobility) is of course a focus of your work
• Above all, however, you are an important person of reference and trust for customers and you ensure with a lot of heart and commitment that customers feel comfortable and support them in coping with their everyday life
• Due to your empathetic and caring nature, you also create a trusting basis for the relatives, so that they know their loved ones are in good hands with you
• You also know how important the nursing documentation is and therefore carry it out carefully

• Experience in the care sector ( desirable ), you may have completed a basic care course , but career changers are also welcome
• Good knowledge of German (at least B2 level)
• Team spirit, flexibility and a high degree of responsibility
• Strong social skills (especially empathy) for the benefit of customers
