YOUR TASKS
- Supporting the Customer Service Team in identifying, analyzing and processing possible fraud cases
- Handling inquiries from the police, public prosecutors and other authorities
- Support in quality management
- Collaboration on process optimization, knowledge management and other projects

YOUR PROFILE
- You are studying in Munich and are interested in the field of customer service
- You are familiar with MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- You work in a structured and independent manner
- You are creative, a team player and flexible
- And your English is quite good 😉
