Junior Dispatcher wanted - Hamburg

Naviland Cargo is a European leader in combined transport serving customers as a transport operator and freight forwarder. The logistics company which has its main base in France specializes in the multimodal transport (pure road and combined rail / road) of maritime containers

The company is actively looking for a Dispatcher to develop the activity within their agency in Hamburg in Germany.

As a dispatcher you will be responsible for

• Managing the organization of road transport : help in carrying out and keeping schedules.
• Managing the relationship with the drivers and the subcontracting carriers in order to organize the transport of containers, at the regional level (pre-post train routing) and national (100% road), by road. 
• Implementing the organization designed by the dispatcher in compliance with the regulations in force and taking into account cost constraints.
• Retrieving orders from customers.
• Checking the existence of a pricing for each order.
• Communicating the collection instructions to drivers
• Following up by email and telephone with subcontractors and customers on the progress of files.
• Monitoring Quality assurance and ensuring that the company's QHSE policy is applied and enforced
• Ensuring the reception, registration and management of complaints and customer disputes Implementation of the QHSE policy
