Senior Software Architect processes and operations (m/f/x)
As a software architecture team within CARIAD Technologies and Architecture. The team provides the framework and guidance for the development and integration of software in a model driven approach. This covers the vehicle software architecture as well as the integration with the cloud. In cross functional agile teams which closely collaborates with a wide variety of expert teams of the vehicle and backend platforms and functional domains.
As the team is further growing. CARIAD is looking for Senior Software Architects processes and operations (m/f/d) to enhance and operationalize architectural processes during the lifecycle of the company’s projects.

Your responsibilities
- Interact with process, method and tool specialists, architects and engineers from the company’s functional domains to collaboratively inspect, adapt and improve tools and methodologies for software architecture and software management
- Apply and improve processes for software architecture and software management in continuous projects
- Contribute to the definition and improvement of the software architecture and management processes and artifact quality on future project definition
- Create documentation, manage information and help to improve the quality of existing documentation and information in the scope of software architecture and management

Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of information technology or computer science or electrical engineering, or have gained similar competence and experience on the job
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in processes, methods and tools to manage software development and software supply chains in large organizations
- You have a background in software development and model based system- and software design and architecture
- You are a networking person used to interact with peers all over the organizations
- Self-organized and hands on mentality

Fluent English language skills (oral and written), German language skills are a plus
