A new restaurant opening: EDMONDO BY BIG SQUADRA is coming to Hamburg

Join their team as WAITER or WAITRESS for their new opening in Hamburg, in Hohe Bleichen 17, 20354 Hamburg

Your Role

• To make the best time of the day for the customers!
• You will be directly responsible as a CHEF DE RANG / WAITER:
• Being the ambassador/waiter of Edmondo by Big Squadra values.
• Guarantor of the quality of service in the dining room: you will be guarantor of " Big Mamma style" service: attention to detail, good attitude, speed & optimization of table rotation.
• Guarantor of making the customers have the best time of the day: ensuring a warm and familiar welcome during all moments in the restaurant
• Guarantor of performance optimization with excellent knowledge of the restaurant's products on the menu (dishes, wines, cocktails)
• Training and welcoming new talent (runners and chef de rang in training)

Your Profile:

• You are an excellent team player on the BIG Team
• Your boundless passion and knowledge for Italian gastronomy, traditions and food and wine products
• Attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow as part of a team
• You speak English - German and Italian are a plus

• Full time role
• 2 consecutive days off per week
• 25 days of holiday per year (Christmas period OFF: 24th, 25th, 26th December)
• Permanent contract

• A permanent employment contract with 38 hours per week, over hours are being paid monthly
