No,  regardless of the plan you choose, you will not have to pay an additional fee or a commission if a member books your service outside our platform.  This is why we offer flexible yearly packages, so you can choose which one best suits your goals, capacity and availability so you can focus on your service and truly support our members

We do not have a package structure that you should abide with. This means what you charge for your service is all up to you based on your experience and qualifications.

However as some of our members are new and settling in the country while looking for a job, cost saving is important to them. 

Finding a job is a means of gaining financial security, thus offering them a fair price depending on the type of service you offer will most likely be more welcomed.

For example for a quick overview and tips to improve their CV/Resume review you could charge between €10 – €20 incl. of VAT. This is only a recommendation, in the end it is up to you.

Currently we do not have a booking calendar integrated in our platform. This will come in the near future.

However we do recommend using Calendly for scheduling your meetings and managing your available timeslots and bookings to avoid double bookings. Calendly is synchronized with other popular communication tools such as Zoom and Google Calendar https://calendly.com/

You can also use any other third party booking application that you are comfortable with.

Don’t forget to add a link to the calendar on your profile.

We have important rules that you should be aware of which ensures our platform remains open, friendly and respectful.

One of the most important rule is maintaining professionalism, remaining friendly when communicating with other members and respecting peoples privacy. Following a common English phrase “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”.

We do not encourage or support aggressive communication or sales behaviour for example sending numerous unsolicited messages, that borders on spamming or harassment. Most often a member will likely block your profile or report you to a member of our team.

Be mindful and thoughtful when reaching out and interacting with other members.

You can always use the Notes feature available on your profile to make notes or mark members that are open for your services and those that do not wish to be contacted.
