This role is great for someone with passion for diversity and inclusion topics as well as cultural and organisational change within a heterogenous and complex environment. The role has a group-wide focus and is part of an international work environment.

- You support the planning and implementation of various diversity & inclusion measures
- You contribute to the conception and implementation of their offers as well as project planning and organisation of workshops
- You plan and implement awareness campaigns on specific D&I days (e.g. International Womenโs Day, Diversity Day, etc.)
- You collaborate with various stakeholders from Group HR
- You gain diverse insights into other areas of strategic HR work

A convincing background
- You are a registered student in economics, humanities, communication or social sciences or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on gender and/or inclusion & diversity
- You ideally have first practical experience, e.g. through internships or working student activities in HR, inclusion & diversity, project management, management consultancy, etc.
- You are confidently handling common MS Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- You have very good knowledge of English (writing and speaking), German would be an advantage
- You work independently and structured, have the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
