Your Responsibilities

  • Works cross-functionally with the Member Services and Marketing teams to set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies (ex: monthly newsletter), while also moderating the online community platforms
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness in order to foster an environment of belonging with the tenants in a given community, building brand presence and trust, both online and in-person
  • Be physically present in the company’s buildings, capturing tenant feedback and insights and reverting that feedback back to the business, while also building relationships with tenants and responding to tenants in a timely manner
  • Attend to tenants queries and requests promptly and ensure day to day operations are well executed and above standards
  • Work closely with the Operations / Property Management team to report back on any needs that arise in a given building or that a tenant reports
  • Act as the face and voice of the company’s brand and manage all community communications, ability to moderate online and offline conversations with the community
  • Plan and execute community initiatives and programs (quarterly calendar of events and initiatives)

  • Excellent, proactive, efficient and tenant focused individual, focused on providing an intensive service to tenants
  • Ability to develop engaging content and efficiently plan events
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
  • Empathy, good listening skills, and adaptability are crucial to promoting favorable impressions of an organization
  • Strong soft skills online and in-person
  • Analytic and good problem solver
  • Team player and able to multitask
  • Candidates with retail/hospitality/customer service experience will be an added advantage
