Your role

As Field Service Digital Program Engineer, you will join the global team Field Service Operations in Vacuum Technique Services, which is part of the Vacuum Technique Business Area. Your mission is to build processes that support the company’s Service Team outside in the field to create excellent customer experience for the company’s global customers in Vacuum Technique. You will collaborate with different international partners like suppliers, Engineering teams and the Customer Centers to design efficient service processes. You will report to the Manager Field Service Operations.

• You will analyze the company’s field service processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• You will develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and sustainability.
• You will work with field service technicians and other partners to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• You will use and improve data analytics tools to measure the performance of field service processes.
• You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in field service operations.
• You will contribute to the development of the company’s diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in process engineering.
• You are familiar with field service operations.
• You are keen to improve processes and know relevant methodologies to support you.
• You like to find solutions that also match your customers needs.
• You are a collaborator and prosper when working in teams.
• You have your customers perspective in focus and you know how to engage them in your ideas.
• You are fluent in English. Any additional language is a benefit.
