Intern / Trainee Event Management and Conception (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities:

• You assist the company with the conception, coordination, and management of all events

• You support the company in the development of event-oriented communication concepts for the national and pan-European markets

• You gain experience working with various event formats, such as exhibitions, conferences, workshops, roadshows, and evening events

• Provide valuable input by conducting desk research and drafting quality content in English covering numerous topics

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in communications, marketing, psychology, sociology, business, management, journalism, international relations, politics, etc.

• First professional experience and/or internship in agency environment would be an asset

• Passion for research and creative writing

• Keen interest in European affairs as well as international politics, business, tourism, environment and culture

• Proficiency in English and an in-depth knowledge of MS Office is a must; knowledge of Adobe tools would be an asset

• Proficiency in German will be considered an advantage but is not a requirement
