Internship Marketing – Global NIVEA Brand (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
As a team member in the Global NIVEA Brand department you will be supporting the creation of campaigns and helping to transform the way the company communicates with the consumers. You will have the opportunity to work on wide set of projects in a dynamic environment with great team spirit for the leading skin care brand NIVEA. Additional insight will be gained through the wide network you are operating in: internal partners from global, regional, local and digital marketing as well as external partners including agencies and IT suppliers. You will support the ongoing change management process, supporting projects but also being responsible for your own work packages. Among others your projects will cover:
- Contributing to global campaign developments
- Setting up and managing internal communication tools
- Supporting the global planning process for communication across global, regional, local markets
- Supporting in the global upskilling program
- Supporting in shaping ways of working for global comms development

Your Profile
- Bachelor or Master student of Business / Economics with top grades
- Enrolled during the whole internship (bachelor or master studies) or respectively internship after bachelor studies in preparation of master studies (internship needs to be completed within the gap year)
- First previous work experience, preferably in marketing or creative agencies
- Excellent communication skills and a passionate and creative mind-set
- Enthusiastic for digital topics and capable of working independently and in a structured way
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of change management tools is a plus
- Very good level of written and spoken English, a good knowledge of German is a plus
