Operations Performance Analyst / Manager (m/f/x)

In your role as Performance Analyst / Manager you will own and track multiple operational and financial KPIs. You will make sense of the company’s data and support country operations with valuable analyses to improve performance. You will also need to keep an eye on the big picture as you work on cross-functional topics.

• Develop, maintain and improve KPI reports and dashboards that provide insights on operational and financial performance
• Drive implementation of new KPIs and improve existing KPIs
• Provide quantitative and qualitative performance analyses and recommendations for performance improvements
• Function as point of contact for internal Stakeholders (e.g. Retail, Supply Chain, Marketing)

• University degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or comparable
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, paired with  a data driven mindset
• Prior experience in a related field (can also be through internships)
• Proficiency in MS Office / G-Suite (particularly Excel / Sheets), ideally complemented by database and statistical software knowledge
