You will operate within the domain “Intelligent Cockpit & Body” and be part of a highly motivated and interdisciplinary developer team. Your Responsibilities
Modern vehicles are equipped with a lot of technology that makes driving safer and more fun. Inside of the car where customers can adjust and configure the car in multiple ways. The central information screen displays a variety of vehicle information for EVs and conventional car.
You will be responsible to develop a test automatization as the crucial aspect to ensure efficient development and consistent high SW quality. Furthermore you are responsible for the test strategy and defect management.
- Automation and execution of test suites for various vehicle projects
- Develop, maintain and improve existing test automation scripts for infotainment units
- Improve and maintain the testing infrastructure
- Analyze software or system issues and optimize test automation strategy
- Create test cases and implement them against requirements / design documents and coordinate test activities with other teams
- Setup and use quality metrics to allow monitoring of test activities
- Coordinate the planning of bug fixes and test iterations along with error management
- Work closely with the company’s stakeholders in teams of hardware, software, brand UX and brand design departments and project releases

Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable degree
- +3 years of experience with software development in more than one programming language, specially in Python
- Ideally experience in creating test automatization systems, including UI testing
- Ability to resolve conflicts and mediate, independent and systematic thinking
- Proactive attitude and high level of initiative
- Self-motivated, detail oriented individual, must be able to work collaboratively in team environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
