2.3.Conclusion of the contract between applicant and employer
If an applicant finds and applies for a job offer via our platform and an employment relationship is established, the contract between the employer/recruiter and the employee applies. We are not liable for any communication, promises or data shared between the parties.
3.Private Messages
You can exchange private messages with other users on our platform The message may include text, images or files. You will also receive e-mail notifications about new messages via the e-mail address your provided.
For privacy, private messages can never be accessed by anyone other than those individuals who send or receive them.
3.1 Shared content or reactions on the platform
For example: Shared posts and links to the start page, posts in groups, communities, recommendations, comments, likes, reactions, images, file uploads.
The content and reactions you share on our platform are visible to your connections (Friends, Followers) and in some cases to all registered users on the platform.
For individual features the level of visibility may be more restricted (e.g. only visible to your friends, followers or community members). Please be aware that even if you restrict visibility, the content and reactions that you share may still become visible beyond your own network if your contacts choose to share this information with other users.
3.2 Comments/Chats/Job Posts/Articles/Content:
If you leave a comment or any user generated content, its metadata is retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments/content automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
3.3 Editing articles
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after several days depending on the browser you are using. You can also clear your browser cookies immediately.

4. Payment on our website
We work with various payment service providers in order to process any form of payments particularly from our partners (Employers or Coaches, Trainers who would like to for additional services):

All information you provide to the aforementioned payment service provider(s) as part of payment processing will not be passed on to us. We only receive the information that the payment has been made.
- Credit Card Payments: for example VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit cards. With the latest encryption techniques, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and the 3D Secure process, the providers guarantee the highest level of security. All credit card data is transmitted in encrypted form. During the payment process, we will need the last three digits CVV of the card in addition to the card number, the validity and the credit card company.
- Direct Bank Payments: If you decide to pay an invoice by direct bank transfer, You will have 14 days after receipt of the goods/services to pay and simply pay by bank transfer. (Our bank information will be provided on the invoice)
