 Café Liebling is a popular bistro on beautiful Helmholtzplatz in the middle of Prenzlberg, providing daily café service, barista coffee, light breakfast and lunch, and evening bar service with draft beer, vintner wines, cocktails and simple snacks.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparatory activities in the entire F&B area
• Distribution of all drinks as well as preparation / mixing of cocktails
• Development of own beverage creations depending on the season
• Wine and cocktail customer
• Maintaining contact with guests and providing expert advice on the food and drinks on offer
• Follow-up work at the counter (mise en place for the next day, return work) and in the entire F&B area
• Ordering of goods, receipt of goods and storage/clearing according to the first-in-first-out principle
• Use and manage all materials in a cost-conscious manner
• Maintaining cleanliness and order
• Compliance with hygiene regulations when handling food
• If necessary, keeping and filing of hygiene lists
• Proper execution of all booking processes and billing formalities
• Creation of the daily accounts
• Responsible for introducing and training new employees
• Team leadership evening shift
