Barista & Service Worker wanted at Five Elephant Deli Kreuzberg - Berlin

Five Elephant is a world-renowned CoffeeRoaster selling coffee to wholesale & retail customers around the globe. 

Five Elephant is looking for experienced Barista service workers to join the Five Elephant Deli shop in Kreuzberg.

Five Elephant is passionate about quality and look to serve the best coffees and cakes in the world. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere are of utmost importance to the team. As Barista, you are the face of Five Elephant and promote it’s values with the public by creating a friendly and approachable atmosphere.

Your Tasks:

• Maintain responsible relationships as part of a young and motivated team looking to grow its place in the Speciality Coffee industry.
• Produce all coffee based beverages, teas and drinks according to Five Elephant's Service Standards with special attention towards detail and care.
• Serve all Five Elephant guests.
• Present and sell coffees and cakes to customers in an open and friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop.
• Perform all opening and closing duties.
• Operate the POS system, and be accountable for cash handling.

Your Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in a barista position.
• You must have a strong customer service mentality.
• Must have good organisation and the ability to multi-task.
• You must be reliable and flexible.
• Available to work weekends.
• You must have basic German and fluent English language skills.
