You will be directly responsible as a BAR MANAGER:
- Be guarantor of service preparation (cocktail preparation,stock,orders)
- Being guarantor of the pace of service and the quality of the beverage
YOU WILL BRING:
- Your boundless passion for tradition, good products and homemade
- You love the idea of attending an opening and organizing work on large volumes and large teams
- Previous experience in cocktail bars
- You speak English or Italian. German is a plus
