The Gasthaus Q21 is a relaxed restaurant with a large beer garden, serving schnitzels, burgers & vegetarian dishes. The restaurant was opened in May 2014 in the – partially restored, partially newly created – innovative Quartier 21, right next to the Meridian Spa in Hamburg Barmbek.

Your Responsibilities

• Catering for our guests in the a la carte shop – up to 700 people
• Organization of inventory
• Order and cleanliness in the entire bar area
• Ensure compliance with in-house standards
• Checking and following the HACCP guidelines
• Review and compliance with occupational safety and guidelines
  preparation of events
• Education:High school diploma or equivalent (desirable)
• Experience:Kitchen: 1 year (desirable)
• Customer Service: 1 year (desirable)
• Gastronomy: 1 year (desirable)
• Language:English (desirable)

• Previous experience in the catering industry is an advantage, but not necessary
• Independent and reliable work
• Organizational talent, high resilience and flexibility in terms of time
• An eye for order and hygiene
• Love for the job
