The Barmbeker Schachcafe, stand for fresh, home-style cuisine. They offer breakfast, a daily changing lunch menu and an a la carte menu.

The Barmbeker Schachcafe has three indoor areas with (162 seats) and its own lounge in the upper area with up to (20 lounge seats). A very popular beer garden, directly at the Rübenkamp stop, with (190 seats)

Your tasks as a barman / bar employee / bartender:

• Catering for the guests in the a la carte shop - up to 700 people
• Organization of inventory
• Order and cleanliness in the entire bar area
• Ensure compliance with in-house standards
• Checking and following HACCP guidelines
• Review and compliance with workplace safety and guidelines
• Preparation of events

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the catering industry is an advantage, but not necessary
• Independent and reliable work
• Organizational talent, high resilience and time flexibility
• An eye for order and hygiene
• Love for the job
