Bartender wanted Milo Sushi & Steak Club - Hamburg

Milo Sushi & Steak Club, is a newly opened restaurant with a terrace and premium delivery service around the Alster, in one of the most upscale districts of Hamburg and at the same time an important media location.

The restaurant offers a fusion of French, European and Asian cuisine.

You will complement the sushi team as a “bartender” and work in the following areas:

• Independent ordering
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
• Mix cocktails
• Spirits expertise
• Wine & Champagne knowledge

Qualifications

For this very varied position, as a bartender you will ideally have the following:

• Experience as a bartender
• Experience in preparing authentic cocktails
• Support on all relevant positions
• Quality assurance and control
• Maintaining the cold store and its goods
• Integration into all items, as well as collecting

Knowledge, experience and routine

• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English (min level B1)
