They offer their guests dishes from international cuisine, but especially American and German dishes in the a la carte shop, as a menu and in buffet form
Carrying out all work involved in the production of food:
planning, purchasing food and ingredients, preparing, preparing, cooking, storage in compliance with hygiene regulations, also:
- knowledge of recipes for all types of food
- mastering the basics of calculation
- working out Menu suggestions & advice for guests
- cleaning, transport and tidying up
