Cook/Chefs wanted at ESSER, KaDeWe - Berlin

ESSER is a Modern Israeli Kitchen at KaDeWe.

As part of the spacious 6th floor of KaDeWe, they convince guests with their creativity and their special approach to dishes.

Chef Liron Shnaider's recipes are a playful way to showcase his native Middle Eastern roots and his Western European cooking methods learned in London. Therefore they are looking for talented and hardworking chefs starting immediately.

Your Duties:

• Work directly with the Cake Chef and report to him daily on the day-to-day operations of the kitchen when the Cake Chef is absent
• Responsible for mise en place; ordering, delegating duty, ensuring recipes are followed correctly and diligently.
