 Sira Projekte GmbH is a childcare provider with permanent educators, nannies and childminders and operates over 30 large daycare centers and mini-daycare centers in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and North Rhine-Westphalia , some as company childcare in cooperation with employers.

• Each large day care/mini day care center consists of only one group with a maximum of 10-12 children and 2-3 teachers
• Substitution concept: You are never alone with more than 5 children for more than 6 hours
