Your tasks
- Preparation of the cafe's espresso and coffee specialties as well as hot and cold drinks
- Collaboration in the service front of house
- Management of the bar and service team
- Independent goods and inventory control
- Advising customers and taking orders
- Processing of card and cash transactions, including daily closing of cash registers
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace and complying with health and safety requirements

Your profile
- Several years of professional experience as a Barista
- Comprehensive barista skills incl. latte art
- Good English and German language skills (From level B2 or higher)
- Service-oriented, open-minded and committed working style
- Independent, autonomous work
- Commitment and reliability
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and creativity
- Leadership
- Experience in the specialty coffee sector is an advantage
- A German work permit or an EU ID / Passport
