Experienced Barista (m/f/d) urgently wanted at Café Winebar, PIKA - Frankfurt am Main

Do you love coffee and want to give your guests a great time? With us, you have the chance to combine both. We are currently looking for a motivated barista and service assistant (m/f/d) to support our team with heart and soul.

Your tasks:

- You will prepare first-class coffee and espresso specialties and ensure that our guests enjoy an exceptional experience.

- You will support your service colleagues if necessary.

- You will be responsible for training new employees.

- You will be the first point of contact for our guests and our team and by that you will create a welcoming atmosphere.

- A hands-on mentality is no stranger to you and you will actively participate in day-to-day business and set standards in compliance with our hygiene guidelines.

- Your tasks will also include careful machine maintenance and compliance with all hygiene regulations, as well as support with inventory control and ordering of goods.

Your profile:

- Ideally, you have completed barista training and have a barista certification OR at least have some barista experience.

- Ideally, you have completed training in the gastronomy field

- You enjoy working with the portafilter machines and are a master of latte art.

- Having a health pass would be an advantage.

- Your high motivation, flexibility and strong service orientation are reflected in your work style.

- You are open, communicative and enjoy the gastronomy scene.

- And last but not least - you have a structured, independent way of working.
