As a well known company in the real estate industry, we are now looking for a Caretaker/All-rounder/Building Cleaner (m/f/d)

Your tasks are:

- Monitoring and operation of building services
- Minor repair work
- Cleaning of courtyards, streets, sidewalks and stairwells in and around the properties
- Green waste / green care / garden maintenance
- Traffic safety and monitoring of the structural condition of the properties
- Monitoring of external service providers
- Locksmith service and patrols
-Building cleaning including green/grey care
-Window cleaning, exterior cleaning, staircase cleaning
. Changes in the assignment of tasks remain reserved.
