Experienced Chef wanted at Deutsche Bahn - Berlin & Brandenburg

• You work as holiday and sick leave cover for chefs as well as kitchen and restaurant managers; mainly for the Berlin, Cottbus, Magdeburg, Potsdam, Seddin and Wittenberge locations
• The timely and quality-oriented production and provision of warm and snacks in the casino, for the conference service and for special events is in your hands
• You develop recipes and calculations according to the current specifications
• You ensure the specified range of products and the proper presentation of goods and stocking of the issuing and service stations
• You monitor stocks and consumption periods and carry out goods orders and inventories
• You are responsible for cleaning the work space, the kitchen area, the serving area and the work equipment

• You have successfully completed your training as a chef
• You have initial professional experience, ideally in community catering
• Service and service-oriented actions are a matter of course for you
• You are motivated to tackle challenges in a team and are physically resilient
• You are flexible and willing to work shifts
• Good PC skills complete your profile
