• You have gained training and experience as a pizza baker/pizzaioli

Your responsibilities
• You will produce Capvin's aromatic Neapolitan pizzas at almost 400°C in the original Neapolitan oven
• You prepare Italian starters and desserts
• In preparation for the day and evening business, you make the pre-dough (biga) and/or dough
• You prepare the ingredients for the Neapolitan pizzas
• If necessary, you support the service staff in bringing out the Pizzas
• You answer questions from guests about Capvin's pizzas and, if necessary, how they are made
• You accept delivered goods and put the goods away in the warehouse or cold store
• You clean the pizzeria and the kitchen
• Mise en place of your workplace – you have the eye for order and cleanliness and prepare your workplace for the day or for handing over to your colleagues
• You adhere to HACCP guidelines and the Infection Protection Act.
