Service staff wanted at Brasserie Le Paris - Berlin

In the Brasserie Le Paris , is in the middle of the Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. The Brasserie is place where Berlin feels a bit like Paris with  52 seats and the Art Deco-style interior. From spring to autumn, a further 60 seats are added on the restaurant's impressive boulevard terrace. 

The restaurant's service crew wants reinforcements! And that's why ambitious people are looking Service employees (f/m/d). Someone with interest in French cuisine and good service and a team player.

YOUR TASKS

• You will prepare the mise-en-place in the restaurant for the à la carte service
• You will take responsibility for your tables (advising guests, taking orders, service and billing)
• Depending on your needs, you will also take on responsibility for the bar, pass on the drinks to the service crew and serve the guests at the bar. Here, too, you will be responsible for advice, order acceptance, service and billing.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed vocational training in gastronomy OR have respectable professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
• You love the French cuisine 
• You work reliably and with concentration as well as productively and don't lose your laughter and humor.
• You enjoy working in a small team and are aware of your important role as a team member of a small service crew.
• You speak German or French
