• Qualification as a nursing specialist (e.g. state-recognized geriatric nurse or general nurse, pediatric nurse) or an equivalent recognized qualification
• Training to become a practical instructor (at least 300 hours of additional vocational education qualification)
• ideally solid knowledge in the areas of care management, quality assurance and IT
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and a big heart for care
• Empathy in dealing with residents and relatives and trainees

• A permanent employment contract - a new, separate remuneration system in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Act and reward special commitment with attractive allowances
