Waiter/Kellner /Runner (m/w/d)

SSAM Korean BBQ is the premier venue for Korean BBQ in Berlin. They strive to provide their customers with an original Korean BBQ experience through authentic and delicious food, a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. As they expand their concept they are always looking for talented people to join their team.

Duties of Waiter/Waitress

• Prepare table, e.g. with clean tablecloths, cutlery, crockery
• Greet guests, offer them seats and hand them menus
• Inform guests about their menu, answer questions about the menu and make recommendations, upon request.
• Take food and beverages to guests.
• Memorize, note or enter customer orders into cash register and pass order to kitchen - bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Prepare or serve special dishes at table as requested.
• Check with guests to ensure they are satisfied and handle any problems.
• Prepare bills, present them to guests and process cash or card payments.

Runner's Job

• Inspect and work dishes, kitchen utensils and table cleanliness.
• Arrange table and ensure dining area is tidy
• Serve food and beverage orders
• Provide support for server
