Erchy's | Coffee & Plants is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Café Team Member at their popular café.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
• Offer recommendations and provide product information to customers
• Prepare and serve food items, such as pastries, sandwiches, and salads
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the café, including clearing tables and washing dishes
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth operation

Your Profile

• Prior experience in a café or food service environment is required
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as per the café's schedule
• Fluency in English; German or other languages is a bonus
